Başvurular Turna Portal aracılığı ile alınacaktır. Linke tıkladıktan sonra e-devlet üzerinden giriş yaparak bilgilerin güncellenmesi ve yeniden linki kullanarak başvuru yapılması gerekmektedir.
Proje katılımcıları Gençlik Değişimi Komisyonu tarafından aşağıdaki kriterlere göre seçilecektir.
